Payment options may include PayPal, credit or debit card, direct bank transfer and cash on local pickup.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has cleared.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement.

Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted to organise a suitable collection time and location.

Cash payment is available for eligible local pickup orders.

Where practical, include photographs of the damaged item and its packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Purchasing an original artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork and designs must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission from the copyright owner.

8. Order Availability

As many One Mad Cow artworks are one-of-a-kind, availability may be limited.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, I will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
